Terms of Use
This document forms a legal agreement between you and the cvy6 platform.
1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on cvy6:
- Users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
- Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users must complete the identity verification process; a national identity card or equivalent document may be required.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details strictly confidential.
- No account may be transferred or sold to a third party.
- If unauthorized account access is suspected, cvy6 must be notified immediately.
cvy6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without stating a reason, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
cvy6 provides fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposit details must come from a mobile number registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
- cvy6 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
cvy6 offers various types of bonuses for new and existing users. The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses:
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- A 100% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in account termination.
- cvy6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A user may not claim the same type of bonus more than once.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on cvy6:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- cvy6 reserves the right to void bets that were incorrectly processed due to a technical error.
- If unusual betting patterns or manipulation are suspected, cvy6 may investigate and withhold payment.
- For sports betting, the announcement by the governing body determining the result is considered final.
- For casino games, the result from the game software is final.
- cvy6 is not responsible for losses caused by network disruptions or connectivity issues.
- A user's betting history will be retained and used for dispute resolution.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting.
- Collusion or conspiratorial behaviour with other users.
- Money laundering or transfer of illegal funds.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
- Attempting to obtain another user's account credentials.
- Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, cvy6 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
cvy6 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. Our data protection policy is as follows:
- Users' personal information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing services.
- Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties, though exceptions may apply under legal obligations.
- All data is secured via SSL encryption.

- For service downtime caused by unforeseen technical errors, we will endeavour to provide a reasonable remedy.
- Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the actual balance available in the user's account.
- cvy6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes, Amendments & Termination
- cvy6 may amend these Terms at any time; changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
- For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notification on the platform.
- Users may request to close their account; in such cases, pending bets and bonus wagering requirements will apply before the balance is settled.
- In the event of a breach of these Terms, cvy6 may close the account without prior notice.
- If any clause of these Terms is deemed partially or fully unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
